Dynamics GP 10 introduces role based security. A list of standard roles are available by default.

The client profiles of Dynamics GP can vary. 2-4 users to 200 + users.

Based on these profiles the security requirements as well are different.

Most of the cases the client doesnt want to spend time or pay to get a consultant to spend time in creating customized roles that suit the organization and the user profiles within the organization.
