Simple commandline utility that allows you to merge multiple pdf files in one single resulting pdf.
Both .exe and .dll should reside in the same directory.
At least .NET Framework 3.5 Client Profile required.
Example:
pdfmerge output=c:\tmp\result.pdf input=c:\tmp\1.pdf,c:\tmp\2.pdf
