In Microsoft dynamics AX, AP module
PR to PO workflow is configured.
IT was working fine all these days and now suddenly the workflow changes to completed status without any intimations or prior approvals.
All conditions are defined in PR to PO workflow and Workflow PR approval(required). ](*,)

Can any one suggest what the issue may be?
