Specific items visible to user

Dear Experts,
Is it possible to restrict one user to view only specific items??
There is one field on item card, if that field is not equal to ''(blank). He/she should see only those items.
Please advice if it's possible..

If it's only the Item Card that you want to filter, I would probably apply a filter in OnOpenForm on another FILTERGROUP. Or just duplicate the form, put in some SourceTableView and change the menu. You can either provide only the link to the filtered form for the users in question or provide links to both but restrict access to the forms by form permission.
