Hi Expert! We are using Navision 4.0 and Currently we are thinking of upgrading our system.
Which one is better CRM or Navsion? I mean from the point of the work flow.
How about SAP business one? Thank you!

I have not worked on SAP B1 so won't be able to tell you much abt that though I have heard that it tends to get slow overtime despite proper hardware and maintenance. The version I saw couple of years ago was not so rich in functionality.

    CRM and NAV comparision

Is it possible? Both are different softwares for different purposes. Comparision won't be of any sense in this case.
Nowadays we are having CRM connector with NAV so that may give you the option of using both softwares simultaneously.

Thank you for your advice? In Navision 4.0, we have done lots of customization on the work flow. I hear CRM has all the full-blown feature of the workflow. If CRM is connected with Navision, is it easy to do the connection? How much is it? Is it possible for the customers to view the order status, inventory and pay invoice online?
How about the inventory binding in the warehouse? Thank you!

I am not expert in MS CRM but AFAIK :
    a) Order/Invoice of NAV can be seen in MS CRM using Dynamics Connector now available with NAV 2009 R2.
    b) CRM is integrated with Sharepoint which can provide web access to customers.
    c) Dynamics NAV payment servies can be used (I am not sure if CRM has got such feature).
