Starting the RoleTailored Client in configuration mode

Hi
Is it possible to specify the Nav service to run in the command prompt which opens the RTC (2013) in configuration mode?
I have a customer with a few Nav database so we would like to create separate shortcuts to open Role Centres in config mode for each database.
The command I am using at the moment is:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70\RoleTailored Client\Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.exe" -configure -profile:"ADMINISTRATOR"

I think you want to create multiple shortcuts which should point to different databases When Clicked.

The steps remain Same for NAV 2013 Also.
