Consuming Web Services in Classic Client (NAV2009)?

Hi,
I need to publish codeunit to external use, can I use Web Services with Classic Client?
Or Microsoft Dynamics NAV Business Web Service - will install only with 3-tier?
Or I can install 3-tier client over my classic client, continue use classic client, but using Web Services?

You can do with classic client as well.The procedure is same as RTC to publish.
