Remove or Hide Menu

We have developed a barcode scanning screen that automatically comes up when the user logs in. It's the only thing that they can see except for the File Edit View menu at the top of the client. Is there a way to remove/hide this menu? I know most of the things are greyed out, but I don't want these users seeing this.
