Base NAV5.0 database - cannot attach to SQL Server

Hi guys, I'd like to attach existing NAV 5.0 demo database to my instance of SQL Server 2012, but it's impossible. I received an error which says that this version is incompatible with my mssql. So I'm looking for clean NAV5.0 database, or another possibility - clean NAV5.0 objects fob. Do you have any resources with this? Thanks in advance.
