Web Service Can't Connect

Hi Expert,
I installed NAV 2009SP1 in Window 7 64Bit (Under Domain). I can not connect to web service. When i type http://localhost:7047/DynamicsNav/Ws i got
I already installed IIS. And Database server and NAV server same pc.
Anybody face this problem? Kindly, please advice to me.

This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.
I already installed IIS. And Database server and NAV server same pc.
Anybody face this problem? Kindly, please advice to me.
