NAV 2013 R2: How to view log when start and stop services

Hi,
In NAV 2013, i don't see the error log in event viewer like NAV 2009 or NAV 2013.
I got the funny problem, i use the currently used port but i don't see the error in event viewer, so i must check everything, at last, i stop all the other services then i know i use the same used port.
So how do i get the error when start the service of NAV 2013 R2? Anyone know?
