Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010001

When are trying to export template it retrieves this error.



Call was rejected by callee. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010001 (RPC_E_CALL_REJECTED))


Could someone help ?

    HI,

    First thing you need to check -

    Are you using Licensed Version of Excel?

    I had the same error when tried to export questionarie to excel and until I didn't enter cd-key for excel I was not able to export to excel from NAV.

    Same error exporting to existing excel file. Nav 2016 and licensed Excel 2016.
    EDIT: seems the error is because the file is in use. Creating a new file with the same name and sheet name gets rid of the error. My guess is because the file takes a long while to open, or because something is corrupt in the file.
