Bank Conciliation a Reconciliation in NAV 2015

Hi all,
I've been watching a video about the new functionality called "Payment Reconciliation Journals" in NAV 2015 and I think is great because of the rules that can be set. But then, When i must to use the actual bank conciliation? It makes sense to use both ? I don´t find the advantages to use the current conciliation bank...
What do you think about this? :-k
