Dear All,

When I am trying to rename the company, it gives me an error as below:-

The following SQL error was unexpected. Invalid object name Object Access Control Backup.Statement(s) could not be prepared.

Any idea?
Best Regards,
MMV

    Dear keoma,

    Thank you.

I tried using the powershell, but went in vain.

I think this is a known issue already fixed in latest build. I assume you have set collation to case insensitive. Try changing it to CS (Database -> Alter), then rename the company, and change back to CI.

    Hi,

Search for Companies in RTC client,
Click on Copy company, and give it a new name.
Wait for the new company to be created. Delete the old company.

In other words rather then renaming the company, you copy and delete it.

    I hope this helps.
    Thanks.
