Hello experts,
I am currently preparing myself for NAV 2013 C/SIDE Development exam. I am using Microsoft Preparation Materials to get myself acquainted with the system.
In Preparation Materials, certain functionality must be created (tables, pages, codeunits).

Preparation Materials suggest that all objects numbers start from 1234567XX. However, Cronus License file does not allow me to run objects starting from 1234567XX, telling me that the object number is out of my license file.
My Developer license allows me to create and modify objects starting with 1234567XX, but still I can not run them.
So, is there is any kind of Cronus license file which allows to run objects with ID starting from 1234567XX? Is there any reason why Microsoft guys decided not to use default user license range (starting from ID 5000)?

Am I correct assuming that the only way to test the functionality using the Cronus License (or my developer license) is to make full renumbering of the objects, i.e. to rename table 123456701 into 50001, table 123456702 into 50002 and so on.

When you upload your development license into the database it should work fine.

    Hi, tinoruijs,

I tried uploading my developer license before, but I got an error message telling me that My License File is invalid.
Today I did a little bit more search about this error, and found out that my developer license file was for NAV 2009 and I should update it through VOICE. Today I updated my license file and now it works fine, I can run objects with ID 1234567XX using RTC client.

    Thanks for your answer!

You'll need a new license with every version. At least that was the case the last versions.
    Great you got it working!
