Install NAV2013R2 new component : Help Server

Hi,
I am using NAV2013R2, and now , i would like to install the Help Server.
I use the setup program to choose the component i 'd like to add.
Help Server, and Web Server.
But, when i confirm, I got a windows , to ask me a directory to that file :
SQLSysClrTypes.msi
That file is in a install directory of navision, WHen i select it, the windows close and reappear immediately... without end....
When I try to install manually the file : SQLSysClrTypes.msi
Windows tell me that a higher version is already installed on my machine...
How can I do to install this new component ?????

This usually happens when installation source folder is different.
For example when NAV 2013 R2 was installed originally, the folder
C:\NAV 2013 R2 install\Setup was used.
But now when you run it to add Help server, you start the setup from the folder e.g
F:\Software\NAV\NAV 2013 R2 install\Setup
So the installation routine cannot find the original files hence it asks you where to find the files.
You have to be very careful to select the right files as names are very similar so it may appear like it is asking for the same file
but in fact it is asking for a different file. Just make sure when you start the installation to select the right file.
Another possibility is that
Originally you installed NAV 2013 R2 with CU 9
but now you are installing NAV 2013 with CU6
The same issue will appear.
Make sure it is the same CU (Cumulative update)

Finally, I use the repair functionnality of the setup, and everything went fine.
the repair function installed what missed, and the installation succed.
