Actions on several triggers

Hi,
I am looking for a solution that can dynamic start actions on different triggers.
For example, when I fill the (Item) No. in the Sales Line a wizard should start to put some extra information or selection some items. Also a warning can appear.
Based on a field in dynamic Table (e.g. T37) with a specific value should the action start in the OnValidate of the field.
Another example could be, the validate of the Customer No. in the Sales Header.
I'm not sure if I'm clear but I hope you guys understand my topic.
I prefer a standard solution.
