Cannot Import Objects With New Object Ids After Renumbering

Hi,

I need to renumber all my Customized Objects to new Object Ids for my customer database.

Using the renumbering tool, i have managed to create a .TXT file with the new ids but somehow when i import this file into my database, it gives me an error:

"You do not have permissions to create the table. Contact your system administrator to have your permissions changed."

When i try to import from new .TXT file, it doesn't even show me Import Worksheet just shows the above error. I even tried by deleting the old id objects and import new objects in new database but same error. My license file in the customer database is updated too, so what can be the other possible reason.

Would really appreciate, if anyone can help for this...

Thank you.
Thank You,
Rajeshree

Import Worksheet will not appear when you import text file. It will pop up when import files are fob(s).

What is range of those Objects ? May be these range are not permitted in your license file.

How can i create a .fob file from Renumbering Tool? It only allowed me to create a .txt file. Even i tried creating a .fob file from renumbering tool but that was not correct format.

Any other option to create a .fob file with renumbered object ids?

    Please share... Thank you...

Our object numbers are starting from 52107423 range.
    Some questions:
      * Are you sure your license has INSERT rights for these objects? * Can you create any of the renumbered objects manually in C/SIDE? * Are the renumbered objects really in the range mentioned?

@VectorK : We are working on NAV 2015 as we are upgrading Nav 2009 R2 to Nav 2015.

@IVanVugt : You are right, when i try to create the renumbered objects manually from C/Side its not allowing me so may be we need to check our License for Insert rights. Will check that and comeback here.

    Thanks a lot everyone.

    Hi,

We updated our license file with new one that had ISV Rights and the renumbered objects were imported in the database. :)

Thanks to all who replied for this post.
