NAV 2009R2 Add contacts Function: clear filter

Hi,

one of my customers has a Problem with the Add contacts function (located at the Segment Card).

If he starts the functions and add a filter in eg. the contact dataitem, finish the report and start it again the previous filter is still set. this happens only in the RTC and only in the client database (not in my local database with same object set).

did anyone experience the same problem and has a fix for it?
