NAV 2013 report with column group max 254pages

I've developed customer requested report that is included dynamic columns based on accounts and customer cards. /NAV 2013/
The issue is when generating reports all pages are not shown, but only 254 of them, when exporting to excel columns can't be more than 244.
I guess there is some limitations on visual studio report layouts, but don't know how to check/expand it.
Please, help me professionals.

Are you saying you are using 254 plus columns of data? I know this is not an issue for Excel 2013 (just checked and it will take up to 16k columns) so this may be a visual studio restriction.
