 Post subject: FAQ |Anveo Mobile troubleshooting log-in

Symptom
No log-in screen, Safari shows only a white screen or service unavailable.

Cause
Too restrictive privacy settings for the webbrowser.

Solution
Make sure that; Private Browsing is turned off, Cookies are accepted (on visited or always) and Java Script is turned on
Please check that in the settings for Safari are set like on picture below.
