Hi guys,

how to group g/l numbers into single line for analysis view entry.

instead of showing all the transactions by g/l acc i would like to summarize by each individual g/l account

eg:
current output
g/l no. amount
1234 $10
1234 $50
1234 $35
3456 $19
3456 $11
3456 $5
3456 $5
7890 $17
7890 $23

the desired output:
g/l no. amount
1234 $95
3456 $40
7890 $45

Did you try grouping the report with Account No?

Did you add the Fields in GroupFooter section of Dataitem?
Did you set proper key?

now it works after i delete away the second level integer data item.. another qs pop up..
i need to separate the account contribution by division

previously:
g/l total
1000 $380

desired output:
g/l divison1 division
1000 $300 $80
