Citrix colours Navision 2009

Hi

Dynamics 2009 classic client on Citrix Terminal Servers Windows 2008 R2

I have a strange situation where Navision clients in Citrix are showing different clients. We've tried deleting zup files with no joy, it seems to force 16 bit colours on the terminal servers for some users and the better quality 32 bit (or better) client for others

Any ideas?

This is the difference between a Windows Aero design and a Windows basic design.

On W7 you can try it yourself - Just change the design and watch how NAV changes.
In a remote session this is controlled by 3 things:
    - Is Aero configured at all on the TS?
    - Group policies
    - a quality setting in the remote desktop client when connecting (this is true for RDP. If it is the same for Citrix I am not sure).

    Thanks for the pointers

Apparently the Aero is turned on and the Group Policies are the same for individuals.

It's odd that certain users always get the non-aero version and vice versa

If you have any further ideas then please let me know

There's a hotfix relating to the Aero colour scheme.

Problem is, my client just installed this, and the colours went from bad to worse.

From what I can gather, the only option is to disable Aero?
