Multiple Item Variants

Hi Guys,
I have an item (T-Shirt) by Item No. - 1100 having multiple variants:
1. Color (For Eg: 1100Blue,1100Red,1100Black)
2. Size
3. Company
In std db we have Item variant, on which i can add the the item variant for color as,
For Eg: 1100Blue,1100Red,1100Black.
How can i add the other Size and Company variant to the same item and use it in production,
while creating the production order how the prod. BOM will be copied considering 3 variants (Color, size and Company)
I want to create 1 item (Item No. - 1100), with multiple variants, how can i do so?
or i have to create seperate Prod. Bom's for 1 item of color, size and company?
