Client is in the displayed in the wrong / correct country

Hi

I have a sales cube

when i view the country and customer sales cube in my excel pivot , my customer is diplayed in the correct county and also displayed in the wrong country, Germany and Estonia

the costomer should display under Germany only. When i change the budget name to 2014 and the posting date to 2014 the customer is only displayed in Germany which is correct . When i change the budget name to 2015 and the posting date to 2015 on the pivot the customer is displayed both in Estonia and Germany

Which dimension tables / fact tables should i look at to get the information to see the entries

How to i update / correct this from happening again

i will be using SQL Management Studio to write an update script to correct the information
