Nav 2013R2 Outlook Integration in the cloud

Do anyone know if you can setup outlook integration if you have Navision in the cloud and your exchange server on your local domain.
i can find allot of specification on how to set it up when you are on the same domain but if u are having Navision hosted in the cloud you logon to the host and i guess you use the hosts AD which probably will not work to connect to your local domain.
