Specific Serial Number Information

Hi,

I have an inventory number that is lot tracked. I enter a purchase order for the item and assign a serial number to the item.

I have a sales order. I want to reserve the specific serial number on my open purchase order to my sales order line. How do I do this?

When I click Reserve on the Sales Order Line, I see the line item from my purchase order. However, there is nowhere to select the specific serial number.

I read that a message should be popping up asking if I want to reserve specific serial or lot numbers when clicking reserve on the sales line. However, this box does not come up when I click Reserve on my sales order line. It does however pop up when clicking reserve on my P.O.

Could you please help me out with this? The goal is to reserve a serial number on an open (un received) P.O. to a sales order line.
