XAPT International LLC esatblishes North-American presence
XAPT International LLC. Is pleased to announce its new Canadian subsidiary XAPT Business Solutions Inc. based in Toronto, Canada. This newly formed majority owned subsidiary of XAPT International LLC. is based on the acquisition of and already experinced and well positioned organization that previously specialized on Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM product lines. As part of its growth startegy XAPT International LLC is on track to invest in the next two years approximately $1.9 million additional capital into its North American subsidiary to ensure that its well position to pursue opportunities in the enterprise ERP solution market. XAPT Business Solutions Inc already started the transitioning its sales and marketing efforts to focus on the Microsoft Dynamics AX line of business by starting its first Dynamics AX marketing campaign in March 2006
The news was announced in Dallas, USA during the Microsoft Convergence 2006 conference by Mr. Zoltan Schvarcz CEO of XAPT International LLC. XAPT International LLC is a leading Central-Europe based Dynamics AX implemenation firm with a large international presence as well as a active participant in the development of the future versions of Microsoft Dynamics AX. AXPT International LLC is one of the top 10 partners selected to closely cooperate with Microsoft in the TAP Dynamics AX V4 program. The new subsidiary will concentrate first on the eastern US and Canada regions and then extend ist area of operatins to other regions. The presence in these areas allows XAPT International LLC to find new markets to its existing veritcal and horizontal industrial solutions as well as better utilise its consulting and development resources.
