PERFORM-TOOLS FOR DYNAMICS NAV
We offer our product called Perform-Tools in two different packages depending on the needs of NAV customers:
PERFORM-TOOLS ESSENTIALS: This is preventive performance module which contains our tools Perform-Maintenance and Perform-Tracking. Not only these products will assure NAV customers peace of mind and total control of their database, but the tools also allow them pro-actively monitor the ups and downs which will help to prevent any disasters. Any Dynamics NAV on SQL Server customer needs this type of assurance, and we’re one of the few who can offer it.
PERFORM-TOOLS ADVANCED: This is more of a re-active solution. If your customers have any performance issues, our product Perform-Analysis has been designed specifically to help you figure out where the problem is. We are offering also tuning services using the tools.

Services

ANNUAL HEALTH CHECK/HELICOPTER VIEW REPORT: Every system needs some attention. Why not consider our periodic health check service? Based on a proven methodology using our Perform-Analysis tools we make an overview of the issues found. The output is a helicopter-view report with a plan to show you how to approach the performance bottlenecks that may be causing problems. Should you decide to execute our plan, we can help there too. We suggest all Perform-Tools users use this service every time they renew their Perform-Tools subscription.
PERFORM-MONITOR SERVICES: SQL Perform now offers a new level of pro-active performance support to ensure your system lokked after well in your organization. By keeping track of your system’s performance to make sure availability is at its maximum level and avoidable downtime is at an absolute minimum, this is the ideal solution for companies like yours. With constant system measurement and vital trend analysis, we’ll be there if the trend goes down. You will also get monthly report with this service.
PERFORMANCE TUNING: Escalated performance issues? We’re here to help. With a two day tune up service, we will help you to get your system back on track. If your system requires a bit more, further fine tuning services are also available.
