Product Configurator Add-On
Product Configurator Add-On enables the user to configure the Products or Finished Goods with its properties or specification in order to meet the Customer’s choices or preferences. This add-on can be implemented in Dynamics NAV 2016 / 2017 / 2018 and Dynamics 365 Business Central. It can create BOM and Production Order based on the selection and the user can process the orders without any manual intervention. It reduces time and increases accuracy and it allows the user to generate Sales Quote and Sales Order for their customers as per their specifications on the product they need. As customers get an option to pick and choose what they want, they become owners of what they order, this helps build a positive user experience enabling brand loyalty.
Product Configurator Add-on Features
Users of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 BC who follow Make-to-order or Assemble-to-order find themselves using third-party configurators for their need, this results in a disjointed view of customer data. On the other hand, our product configurator is in-built within Dynamics NAV/BC thus it makes use of the data existing in NAV / BC to give a 360-degree view of all the customer’s requirements and orders.
