You can setup the Customer, the Agreement Type, an amount, and a start date in the Agreement Card. When it comes to the renewal date on the Agreement Card, the system will automatically create new invoices for you.

With SimCrest Recurring Invoicing, you will not need to worry about providing services to customers with expired or non-paid agreement because the system will wait until the invoice is paid to calculate the new renewal date.
