The Visual Service Scheduler (VSS) is an add-in that fully integrates into the service module and resouce planning modules of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The VSS lets users plan & manage service resources and orders via drag & drop. This visual dispatch board is fully based on the standard Dynamics NAV objects and does not require any change to the standard NAV. No additional training nor complicated installation processes are required.
