Auto logs off idle Microsoft Dynamics NAV users and limits user logins per User ID.
. No More Wasted Sessions
. Have Control Over Your Users
. Optimize Your User Licenses
User Session Control allows companies running Microsoft Dynamics NAV to make best use of their User Licenses in two ways:
. The system will automatically disconnect any user who is "idle", or hasn't been working on the system, for a certain period of time. No more running out of user licenses when people forget to log out!
. Users often open up Microsoft Dynamics NAV multiple times, taking up valuable user licenses. Administrators can limit the number of times a User logs on to Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
The User Session Control add-on allows Global Setups of the Maximum Login and Maximum Idle Time parameters.
There are user-by-user setups for more control and flexibility which override the global settings. In addition, you can exclude some users from getting disconnected.
